Seller Statistics:
I negotiate on behalf of my sellers to get them the best price and terms possible. In 2007, my average property sold for 97% of asking price. It is becoming more and more common in our marketplace for buyers to request the seller to pay Buyer’s Closing Costs (BCCs are traditionally paid by the buyer). Some loan experts say that around 90% of the loans they process have sellers paying BCCs. In 2007, only 29% of my sellers paid BCCs because we were able to negotiate these extra costs away.
